• Squeeze & Teethe Monkey is a squeaking teething toy made of soft orange rubber and shaped like a monkey for ages newborn and up.
• The tail of the monkey may pose a choking hazard to young children.
• The teether has "Infantino" marked on its back toward the rear and the model.
number 206-647 marked on the inside of the rearmost leg of the product.
• Similar product with model number 206-949 are not affected.
• It was sold at Target from December 2012 through January 2014 for about $12.99.
• If you have the recalled product please continue with the recall process to receive a free replacement toy and free shipping instructions.
