Only items with Model Number 200-125. 

This Model Number was only sold in the following countries –  UK, Romania, Czech Republic, Sweden, Hungary, Serbia, Switzerland, Spain, Italy.

• The materials used in this product may contain the flame retardant chemicals TCEP & TCPP, which may exceed European Standards and be harmful to children due to their carcinogenic properties. 
• The recalled product can be identified by locating the following Model Number: Model 200-125 UPC 773554001259 (This information can be found on the white sewn on warning label along the inner waist band).
• If you have the affected product, please continue with the recall process to receive a free gift card and free shipping instructions.

We would like to provide you with a refund. Please email us or call us with your contact information, including your name, address and phone number.  In the subject box of the email, please reference the Support Carrier Recall.  You can also mail this information to:  Infantino, 10025 Mesa Rim Road, San Diego, CA 92121 USA.

Upon receipt of your contact information, we will send you a returns package including instructions on how to cut off a section of the product and return it to Infantino.  Upon return of your product, a refund will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
