• The white plastic rod may come loose allowing the colored beads to fall off and become a choking hazard.
• The recalled Shape Sorting Castle® has "Infantino" printed on the front of the castle and was sold from December 2005 through May 2007.
• Model No.: 150-3033 UPC 773554030334
• The recalled castles can be identified by locating the following Date Codes: 5349, 6087, 6132 and 0906
• To locate the Dates Codes listed, please remove all toys from the castle
• Turn the castle upside down, the Date Codes are stamped on the "BLUE LID" of the castle
• The dates codes can only be seen through the letter "A" slot or the "Square slot"
• If you have located any of the date codes listed, you may continue with the recall process to receive a free replacement toy and free shipping.
• You may keep all the toys and only mail back the castle.
