• The recalled teether has a label on the lion's head marked "Infantino" and was sold from June 2006 through November 2007.
• Model Numbers: 150-3079 & 171-3079 UPC 773554030792 & 773554130799
• The recalled teethers can be identified by locating the following Date Codes: 6116, 6129, 6158, 6137, 0606, 0806, 0906, and 1006.
• If you have located any of the date codes listed above, please continue with the recall process to receive a free replacement toy and free shipping instructions.
