• The plastic tail can become detached. If this occurs, a baby could swallow the tail and choke.
• The recalled rattle has a label on the foot marked "Infantino" and was sold from May 2007 to September 2008.
• The recalled toy can be identified by locating the following Model Numbers: 150-3104 & 158-270 UPC 773554031041 & UPC 773554582703
• Production with batch codes: "0508" and "0108" are NOT affected by this recall. (Date codes can be found on back of head.)
• If you have the affected rattle, please continue with the recall process to receive a free replacement toy and free shipping instructions.
