Product with PO #80715, #80702 or #81013 is NOT part of the recall.

Please only return the flower shaped ring with the blue petal and keep the rest of the toy.

• The recalled Infantino Activity Stacker is a pyramid made up of multiple rings fitting onto a soft cylinder. The very bottom ring contains the blue metallic material on one portion of the petal shaped protrusion.
• The recalled toy is marked "Infantino" on a small yellow tag found on the bottom ring and it was sold from June 2008 through February 2009.
• The recalled toy can be identified by locating the following Model Number: 158-202 UPC 773554582024 (This information can be found on the white sewn on labels).
• If you have the affected product, please continue with the recall process to receive a free replacement toy and free shipping instructions.
