Q: I have an Infantino teether, but I’m not sure whether it is an Infantino 3-Pack Water Teether included in the recall. How can I be sure?

A: Please locate the date code wheel on your water teether and if they match the code below, your water teether is part of the recall. Look for the number 21 in the center of the circle and an arrow pointing to the number 10 near the outer circle. Only blue and green teethers with the specified date code are affected.

Q: I have an affected Infantino teether, and I saw the Health Canada notice but I really like my teether – do I have to replace it?

A: Health Canada and Infantino recommend stopping use and participating in the recall.

 

Q: Can I return my Infantino teether to the store for a refund?

A: This will depend on the individual store’s policy.

 

Q: How soon will I receive my replacement product?

A: Consumers will receive the replacement product within 3 – 4 weeks from when confirmation of recalled product disposal is received by Infantino.

 

Q: How will I know if you have received my confirmation of recalled product disposal and/or sent out my replacement item?

A: Once your returned confirmation of recalled product disposal is received, it will be documented in our database.  You should be able to follow the tracking information. Likewise, the date your replacement item is sent out will be documented along with tracking information.

 

Q: What if I can’t find the date code on my teether?

A: No problem, just call our Infantino Customer Support at 1-888-808-3111 and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.

 

Q: I had one of the included teethers – but have thrown it out – can I still receive a replacement?

A: Unfortunately, it is necessary for us to receive photo confirmation of the recalled product prior to disposal in order to be able to issue a replacement.

 

Q: I have several teethers - can you provide me a refund or replacement for all of them?

A: Infantino is offering a replacement program only.  Please complete the recalled product disposal form as directed on the website.  You may include multiple teethers under one form.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for anything?

A: No – We pay shipping of the replacement product.

 

Q: What product are you sending as the replacement?

A: You will receive a new 3-pack Water Teether that is not affected by the recall and safe to use. Alternatively, you may receive a Squeeze and Teethe Llama Teether as a replacement.

 

Q: I have one of the affected teethers, but my child is much older, and none of the replacement options are age appropriate. Can I get a refund instead?

A: Infantino is offering a replacement program only. Any of the Infantino replacement options would make a great gift for someone.

 

Q: I submitted my recalled product disposal confirmation a long time ago. When will I receive my replacement?

A: The replacement product should arrive within 3 to 4 weeks from when you completed the form.  Has it been longer than 4 weeks since you completed the form?  If so, please contact Infantino Customer Support at 1-888-808-3111 and they will be able to verify the status of your replacement.

 

Q: Will the replacement teether be gender specific?

A: The replacement teether will not be gender specific.
